Your best customers already figured this out. Tell the next one.

A customer on their third bottle knows things a first-time buyer doesn't — how it layers, how long a bottle lasts, who it isn't for. Thresh finds that in your reviews and puts it on the page where it sells.

Built around what your customers actually say

Every FAQ starts from something a customer already told you — a question they raised, a hesitation they named, a detail worth passing on. The substance is theirs; the wording is ours.

01

Your best product insights are already in your reviews

You don't have to guess which benefits to lead with or which hesitations to answer. Your existing customers have already told you — in the reviews you already have.

02

Answer the questions your product description can't

A description says what a product is. Reviews establish what it's like: how it absorbs, how it layers, how long a bottle actually lasts, how it behaves under makeup. That's the material a shopper is looking for and the material a product page usually doesn't have.

03

Built for brands without a marketing department

No analyst to mine the reviews, no copywriter to interpret them, no marketer to turn them into product-page content. Paste, approve, copy.

04

Works across your whole catalog

Serums, moisturizers, cleansers, SPF, accessories. If a product has reviews, that's enough — and thin ones fall back to your product description.

05

Your reviews stay yours

Thresh reads only the review text you hand it, and writes nothing back anywhere. You add a product, upload a CSV or paste your reviews, and get a real set back — your storefront, your catalog and your customer data stay exactly where they are.

The notes a regular would give a first-timer

Every FAQ set comes with before-you-buy notes: the short, practical things experienced customers know. Apply it to damp skin. A little goes further than you'd think. If your skin reacts easily, patch test first. Sometimes that includes who a product isn't the right fit for — which is exactly what a regular would tell a friend.

A shopper who arrives knowing it's fragrance-free but won't clear active acne isn't the shopper who buys it expecting acne results.

From reviews to published FAQs in 5 steps

You stay in control at every step. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and nothing is written for you until you've seen the themes it came from.

Real screens from a real run — cut, never sped up

  1. Add your product and its reviews

One path, and it takes about a minute — name the product, describe it, bring the reviews.

Add a product, then upload or paste

Enter the product name, type and description, then upload a CSV of your reviews or paste them straight in. The description is required — it's where the product facts come from, and the more specific it is, the better the answers.

    What the CSV needs
    CSV
One column required — review_text. Add rating or review_date if you have them. Column order doesn't matter and extra columns are ignored — including reviewer names, which Thresh doesn't store. Up to 200 reviews per upload. Download the template if you'd rather not guess.
    Paste
Paste reviews straight in, one per paragraph or numbered Review 1:, Review 2: — both parse.
    Either way
You'll see what was found before anything is saved — "12 reviews found, 2 skipped (empty text)." Under 10 reviews still works — Thresh leans harder on your product description to keep the themes strong.

Your reviews stay yours. Thresh reads them to write the FAQs and writes nothing back anywhere.

  2. See what your reviews already settle

Thresh FAQ reads them and finds the recurring themes — up to 10 — the things customers keep coming back to. A review is an answer to a question nobody wrote down.

  3. Review and approve the themes

You see the themes before anything gets written. Remove any that don't apply. What's left becomes the foundation for the FAQs.

  4. Generate your FAQ set

Thresh FAQ writes one FAQ for every theme you approved, plus before-you-buy notes. Every answer is grounded in what your customers actually said.

  5. Copy to your product page

Edit anything that needs tweaking. Copy the set. Paste it where your customers will see it. Done.

This is what you get

Generated from 20 customer reviews of a real product. No editing required before publishing.

Sample Thresh FAQ output for Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum: three FAQs covering whether to apply to damp or dry skin, how long the bottle lasts, and whether it suits sensitive skin and the eye area, followed by three before-you-buy notes.

A real set, start to finish — nothing edited before publishing.

One plan. Three runs free, then $2.45 a run.

There's no tier to choose and no plan to compare — every account gets the same one. A run is one FAQ set for one product.

One run generates one FAQ set for one product. We count runs, not products — regenerating a product is a new run. You'll see it in the app before it costs anything: "You've used your 3 free FAQ runs — this run will be charged at $2.45."

Before you start

The things merchants ask us first.

Does it work with my Shopify store?

Yes — Thresh is built for Shopify skincare brands. And because your reviews come in as a CSV upload or a paste, reviews from anywhere else work exactly the same way. If you sell the same product on more than one channel, combine those reviews into a single upload and the FAQs are written from all of them.

There's no connection to make either way. Thresh never asks for an access token and never touches your store — handing a third party live store access is a real risk to take on for a tool that only needs to read some review text, so we don't ask for it.

How do my reviews get into Thresh?

Two ways, both inside the app. Upload a CSV of your reviews — the only column we need is review_text — or paste them straight in, one per paragraph or numbered Review 1:, Review 2:. Up to 200 reviews per product.

You'll see what was found — "12 reviews found, 2 skipped" — before anything is saved.

What counts as a run?

One run is one FAQ set for one product. Your first three runs are free — that's three per account, not three a month — and after that each run is $2.45. There's no subscription.

We count runs, not products, so regenerating a product you've already done is a new run. A run that fails doesn't count against you, and the app tells you before a run is ever charged.

How many reviews does a product need?

Around ten or more is where it gets good — that's usually enough for the same concerns to come up more than once, which is exactly what Thresh is looking for.

Below that it still works, but it leans more on your product description to fill the gaps. When it does, those themes are flagged in the app as inferred so you can check them before approving. It won't quietly pass off a guess as something a customer said.

Does it publish anything to my store?

No. Nothing is written to your storefront and nothing goes live on its own. You approve the themes before a single FAQ is written, then copy the finished set and paste it wherever you want it — product page, help centre, an email.

What do I actually get at the end?

The top recurring themes from your reviews for you to approve or remove, and then one FAQ for every theme you kept, plus a short set of before-you-buy notes — the honest "this suits you if…" lines that stop the wrong customer ordering.

Every answer is grounded in what your reviewers actually wrote.
